Joined AWS Professional Services as Built as Customer Practice Manager in October 2018 and, as a result of success, selected to lead newly formed (January 2022) practice focused on supporting Digitally Native Businesses (DNB) and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) customers across US Central area with expanded customer base and supporting multiple account teams. Attained between 125-200% target year-over-year for bookings as well as revenue. Was selected as Practice Manager of the Year for the US Central region for 2019.

Defined and implemented go-to-market strategy for this unique customer-base driven by working backwards from the customer and aligning business and technology strategies. Hired and developed Customer Practice Managers to best deliver for customers and exceed target metrics in Q3 of first year.

Responsible for the sale and delivery oversight of IT and cloud consulting solutions to global Fortune 500 enterprises, ISVs and DNBs assisting in improved time to value, increased revenue, and reduced costs for clients as well as driving ARR for AWS.

The Digital Tech DevOps/Cloud Platform Engineering team operated as a shared services teams supporting Whole Foods Market’s digital brand experience by providing infrastructure solutions, application integration, performance monitoring and security services. The team also shifted the organization from manual to automated software build and release capabilities maintaining a fully automated version-controlled AWS Organizational structure for account maintenance.

As a member of the Delivery Optimization Shared Services team encompassing DevOps, QA and Application Support, contributed to defining the strategic direction and tactical execution for our Delivery Optimization organization resulting in improved development team and Marketing client satisfaction allowing for an improved digital footprint for Whole Foods customers.


As Senior Manager, Enterprise Event Client Services, was accountable for the management of the implementation team for the products and services provided for large-scale enterprise events. Defined and maintained consistent delivery process, tools and methodologies, participated in the product development roadmap, as well as recruited, on-boarded and coached and developed team members.

Built a trusted relationship with our Enterprise Sales team partnering with them on identifying and supporting new sales opportunities as well as conducting presentations on product capabilities and implementation delivery processes. Coached our delivery team toward shifting toward a more consultative approach to identify opportunities to improve offerings for customers and adopt solutions-driven methodology.

Led the effort to standardize our delivery approach to improve efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Implemented Agile methodology for delivery and standardized assets provided to clients as well as those used internally allowing for consistent delivery across projects. The approach allowed us to size and track effort across projects providing critical and actionable data on delivery costs against revenue, as well as key data for resource forecasting. Overall customer satisfaction increased and remained higher than had been previously as a result of the shift.

Development of new process was managed while continuing to operate at a high service delivery level as an Event Project Manager.

DZG Designs

Between 2003 and 2013, DZG Designs from developed custom, then bespoke WordPress websites for a variety of customers including e-commerce platforms for start-up businesses, not-for-profit community centers, public schools, not-for-profit agencies, architectural firms and other industries.

Created custom built plug-ins for these customers including an online Auction plug-in in which one not-for-profit raised roughly $250K per year on their Christmas auction managed through the plug-in.


As Senior Project Manager, International Implementations was responsible for the successful implementation of International E*TRADE Joint Venture and Affiliate partners launching E*TRADE United Kingdom, E*TRADE Sweden, E*TRADE Norway, E*TRADE Denmark, and E*TRADE South Africa.

Led the initiative to standardize E*TRADE International platform product offering ensuring a fully documented and tested baseline product was available to each E*TRADE JV/Affiliate. As part of this standardization, participated as part of core team to identify a suitable data provider for online quotes, news and other features for use across all partner websites.

✔ Successfully managed multi-million dollar international projects requiring deep understanding of complex technical architecture and local financial market regulations resulting in new streams of revenue for online trading company.

✔ Worked with Project Manager in local JV/Affiliate partner office to establish end to end online trading solution.

Dow Jones Telerate (Markets) was a division of Dow Jones and a leading provider of real-time financial data and news as well as delivery software. Software provided included internally developed solutions such as Telerate Workstation – TWIN as well as third party solutions such as the Omega Software Tradestation charting software. These products were delivered through small- and large-scale delivery platforms for single station trading floors through to 100+ seat position floors.
While Product Manager at Dow Jones Telerate (Markets), was responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of our desktop trading solutions. Collaborated with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure features and functionality met market needs and ahead of competitive offerings. Developed and maintained ongoing documentation to ensure technicians were fully versed on installation needs and our Client Support team was fully trained on new enhancements.
Having worked in the brokerage industry, my unique knowledge of and experience with the product had me selected from thousands of employees worldwide to participate on a core team of 12 charted with defining the desktop and trading room systems functionality and strategic direction for the suite of products and services.
