The principle of Occam’s Razor suggests that the simplest explanation is often the best explanation. Years of experience have revealed that organizations are often mired down by two key challenges – a belief that something can’t be done because the path looks too difficult, and a tendency to overcomplicate initiatives rather than see them as a series of manageable efforts focused around reducing time to value.
